I don't know about you, but when I moved to Scottsdale 16 years ago, these were just some of the thoughts that crossed my mind. My husband had been relocated for his work and I was left with the task of finding a home. I thought I could do it on my own. I spent countless hours driving around getting lost and collecting fliers...if the box had any left! I combed through magazines and viewed homes on line until one day, I finally drove in to a Real Estate Office and asked for help. It was the best decision I made and it started me on a journey that changed my life. I soon realized how much a Realtor could assist people in not only finding a home but making people feel at home in a new city.
Once my children started school, I decided to obtain my Real Estate license and for the past 10 years, I have been a top producing agent in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area, helping people with their real estate needs and ranking twice in the top 10% of Realty Executive agents Internationally.
The hardest part of being a Realtor is finding people that will allow you to help them! As a Realtor, I am only compensated when I assist you with buying or selling a home. Therefore, my success is directly tied to helping you. As a buyers agent, I am compensated by the seller or home builder to represent your interest in the transaction.
